Tenuta Ormanni

Region: Tuscany

The Ormanni estate, is between Poggibonsi and Castellina in Chianti. In the 1200's it was the property of the Ormanni family, mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy. The Medici’s also called it home as testifies their coat-of-arms on the main door of the Villa.

An ancestor of Paolo Brini Batacchi (Current Proprietor) bought the estate at the beginning of the 1800's.
