The winery is located on the volcanic hills in the middle of the Frascati production area. Since the Roman age, this land has always welcomed the cultivation of grapes, and the large number of ruins located in this farm are proof of this glorious past. Casale Mattia vinifies only the grapes coming from its 12 hectares of vineyards, in a new factory that makes use of the most modern techniques of winemaking. The project on this farm is to rediscover the original tastes of the wines of this region.
