This wine is produced on the eastern shores of Lake Garda in the province of Verona, whee there is a temperate mediterranean climate. The wine undergoes Cold Maceration, soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation. The wine is stabilized in steel at controlled temperatures and refined in the glass.
A typical Veneto white, straw yellow colour, intense and fruity perfume, dry taste, crisp, light bodied and fruity (dry hay, toasted almonds,walnut).
