Vineyard Details:

The vineyards are located in the Cordegigo estate, in Cavaion Veronese. Harvest is at the end of October.

Vinification:

After a light drying, maceration with the skins takes place for 10-14 days at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged for 30 days in Cherry wood ?Barrels and then refined in the bottles for at least 6 months.

Tasting Notes:

After a slightly late harvest & a light drying, Cordevigo Rosso matures in cherry wood barrels.  A full bodied wine combining softness & structure with notes of cherry and wild betties.
